Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our antique, estate, and fine jewelry, customers must request a return within 3 days of delivery. Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, an item must be in its original condition and must not have been sized, altered, modified, worn, or damaged in any way.
We do not offer exchanges, as most pieces are one of a kind and cannot be replaced.
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:
Last Chance items
Sale or discounted items
Custom, resized, engraved, or otherwise altered jewelry
If an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we may review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Please note:
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Payment processing fees and transaction costs are deducted from the refund amount.
These deductions may total up to 10% of the original purchase price.
Payments made by Zelle are not subject to payment processing fees.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
